A 50% deposit is required to a secure a reservation. The balance is due one month prior to the vacation. Cancellation, monies will be refunded if the villa can be re-rented for the same time period. Guests may also re-apply deposits to a future vacation.

All Bedrooms have air conditioning and have orthopedic mattresses. Two ocean view bedroom suites have their own bath, sitting area and terraced balconies. Bed's can be moved to suit.

All doors and windows are screened and shuttered to keep insects out, while ceiling fans throughout the villa circulate the cool refreezing ocean breezes. High Speed Interent is available.
